 With Showcase 24, I wanted  to identify  and connect with creativity within my local community and create a space for artists and the community to connect and exhibit their work. Brought together in August 2024 over the four days of the Muff Feile, in a 17th century church in the village I brought together 11 local artists work ,including myself, local history photographs and artefacts , and collaborated with a local Crochet group to produce a large scale piece. 

Showcase 24 provided connections between artists and their community, and has generated positive ideas within the community for the need  for future events, expanding on ideas, including more community groups and engagement brought together through the arts.
